Goldy opens in your browser, on a computer, tablet or phone. Your budget is saved in that browser.

The portable version does not install. Built-in updates always install the version with the installer.

Why does Windows show a warning?

The Goldy installer is not digitally signed yet. The first time you run it, Windows SmartScreen may show “Windows protected your PC”.

First, check that the file really comes from monbudgetavecgoldy.fr and that its SHA-256 fingerprint matches the one shown on this page. Then:

Click “Run anyway”, then follow the installation.

Never bypass this warning for a file whose origin you don’t know.

Installation

  1. Download the installation file from this page.
  2. Open it, then follow the installation steps.
  3. Launch Goldy and choose your username.

Updates

Goldy regularly checks whether a new version exists and offers to install it: you choose “Mettre à jour” (Update) or “Plus tard” (Later). Before installation, the file’s origin, name, size and SHA-256 fingerprint are checked. Your local data is kept.

Still using Goldy 1.4.3? Install the latest version from this page once: the following updates will then be offered to you in the app.

On your phone

Use Goldy Web in your phone’s browser: the interface adapts to the screen. To open it like an app, add it to your home screen from the browser menu.

No iPhone or Android app is available for now, and no date has been announced.
